2011 MBA's - i5 1.6 GHz vs i5 1.7 GHz

as still contemplate 2011 mba want keep (the 11" i5 1.6/4gb/128 gb or 13" i5 1.7/4gb/128 gb), i'm wondering why see such huge difference in benchmark scores processors? mean, it's 0.1 ghz differnece, geekbench scores 20% higher 1.7 reason?

, further comparison, mbp 2.3 i5 7% faster 1.7 (even though it's additional 0.6 ghz faster processor). missing or not understanding something? thanks!
 

it's more clock speed. bus speed, ram cache, etc play overall processor performance.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
