Old Apple ID, wouldn't update to new "email apple ID"

hey guys

have been in apple ecosystem 3years now! when first use it, email address apple id not required (i.e. "acdc" apple id). however, not long ago, upgraded system allow "email address apple id, acdc@whatever.com" take full function of icloud services.

when access appleid.apple.com, there option me merge account or unify apple id primary email address. however, every time after click submit, nothing changes.

have idea this? spoke apple genius this, said couldn't change id end of computer , doesn't have solution.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
