Can't login to iCloud (not a MobileMe user)

i've never had mobileme account. few months ago created account using main email address id. there wasn't issues when set can't seem able verify email address.

cannot access icloud @ because keep getting message whenever try log in anywhere "check email myemail@gmail.com instructions on how verify account". no email has ever been sent account , i've tried repeatedly

i've tried changing password , still no confirmation/verification email.

can help?

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
