My iPhone backup is apparently corrupted

mail, youtube , safari started crashing on iphone. took genius bar , gave me new phone. once @ home, restored backup , same apps started crashing again. told on apple forum backup maybe corrupted, though backed before problems started.

suggested forget backup , start scratch.

don't have mobileme on iphone.

have photos on iphoto, know can apps again itunes store. thing i'm concerned contacts. how can download contacts computer, can import them after set new iphone. don't trust backup/restore thingy anymore , i'm afraid sync somewhere else , lose it.

there "export vcard" function use iphone?

hint appreciated.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
