Mission Control: I want more control

my problem mission control other app expose (even minimized windows) want more control on "desktops" (formerly spaces). first, don't call them desktop 1, desktop 2, , on, let me name them. why not. that's neither here nor there.

real problem in arranging or rearranging. when have box checked auto rearrange, easy find stuff using mc, not when swipe side side order changes, find myself swiping 1 end looking desktop/space. use mc, requires swiping mc , moving choose desktop. swiping left right easier.

likewise, can avoid unchecking auto arrange box. puts full screen apps @ end , other desktops in front of that. prefer have mail first, safari second, , desktops need them. prioritize order of desktops, knowing left or right of , swiping it.

i'm sure has pointed out didn't find discussion of particular issue. don't mind took away spaces grid or changed schema, mind lost ability assign on per desktop situation , order desktops. in spaces had control. implemented mc, adding apps full screen , in pecking order.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
