HELP:2009 White Macbook Wifi Issues OSX Lion

i have mid 2009 white mac book, here specs:
2.13 ghz dual core processor
4gb 800mhz ram
osx 10.7.2
internet connection comcast

here issue. ever since updated lion, have not been able internet connection higher 1.00mps. before updating normal download speed between 15-18mps without issues. updated 10.7.1 , fixed nothing. updated 10.7.2 , still doesn't function properly. have macbook pro , works fine, connected same router , downloads around 15-18mps. have tried multiple suggestions recommended users on site, nothing seems work , last thing want clean install older osx.

first try reset pram see if helps. if not try these steps:

1) open system preferences->network , turn of airport card.

2) in left hand pane (while airport card still highlighted) , click on - symbol. don't panic because add back.

3. close down system preferences , restart.

4. upon restart open system preferences->network again , click + button add airport card in. don't forget click 'apply' button in right hand pane of airport card save new card setting.

5. new airport card display still showing join wireless network again.

Permissions Problem?

hello. unable log on computer. took mac store , said had problem permissions. reset computer's permissions , able log onto computer. however, since dock resets day had permissions problem. example, had various cs5 programs on dock. when upgraded cs5.5, replaced cs5 shortcuts cs5.5 counterparts. however, when restarted computer, cs5 icons still there. also, whenever restart computer, browser history resets whatever on day encountered permissions problem. can not save bookmarks. also, files required type in password whenever try moving or deleting file. there other problems wanted see if knows problem have before adding more problems. thank   Forums Macs macOS macOS iPhone Mac OS & System Software iPad Apple Watch Notebooks iTunes Apple ID iCloud Desktop Comput...

iPhone won't sync with iTunes
