A few quick Time Capsule questions...

1) can stop 'time capsule backups' drive appearing on desktop?

2) other people on wifi network have access backup files? have 2 other mac users use tc internet don't want them able through files on hard drive. in tm preferences 'encrypt backup disc' greyed out.
